On this act request the Project is presented in the date 02.10.2006 as signed in duplicate to Our Minister and Publicity Management.

Also E-Card Turkey Project as is analyzed again immediately after the date 22.02.2007 in answer to their request the Project is consigned for being presented to Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism Prime Ministry, Publicity Management Committee in 06.04.2007

E-Card Turkey Project is assessed by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism Prime Ministry and refered to all cities. Recommendatory Letter of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism Prime Ministry to E-Card Turkey Project is presented for the attention of all cities .
